WHERE CAN I FIND THE MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBERS ON MY EQUIPMENT?

In order for us to provide you replacement parts for your equipment we do need a model number and serial number. The model number can be located on the front cover of your manual and on the serial number sticker. The serial number is usually located on a white or silver sticker found on the equipment. Please check your user manual for more directions on where to find the serial number.

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I REQUEST SERVICE FROM ACE?

First, one of our own will perform a simple diagnosis over the phone. Depending on what the job may entitle, one or more of our staff will then perform the repair work at your site. Repairs usually involve cleaning, lubrication, adjustment of hardware, and sometimes replacing necessary parts.  Upon completion you will be billed on terms of cash, credit card, or check. A job is considered complete when necessary parts are installed and the unit is working properly.
